Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Crispy outside, tender inside — a quick, cheesy side everyone will love.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For make-ahead options, cut and parboil potatoes and store in the fridge, or fully cook them and refrigerate for reheat later. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for best results.
