Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly coat a small heat-proof bowl or ramekin with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Crack one egg into the prepared bowl. Repeat for additional eggs, ensuring the bowls do not touch in the air fryer.
- Season each egg with salt and pepper.
- Carefully place the bowl in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 270°F (130°C) for about 10–12 minutes, adjusting time for preference in yolk firmness.
- Remove the bowl carefully using oven mitts.
- Serve immediately on toast or a plate; garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
