- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes (if using).
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the chicken chunks in a portion of the bang bang sauce, reserving some for later.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- Drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over the grilled chicken skewers.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
