Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 23 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes (if using).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
  3. Toss the chicken chunks in a portion of the bang bang sauce, reserving some for later.
  4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over the grilled chicken skewers.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
