- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil on a Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the griddle and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir for another minute.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry until the broccoli is tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over the stir-fry, tossing everything to combine well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Slice the beef thinly across the grain to keep it tender. Cook on high heat to keep broccoli crisp. Customize with different proteins or veggies as desired.
