Chicken Alfredo Tater Tot Casserole

  • 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom.
  4. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a crisp side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Use cooked chicken and do not thaw tater tots for best results.
