- 1 package Cinnamon-Roll Dough
- 8 ounces Fresh Strawberries
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to package instructions. Open the cinnamon roll dough and slice each roll into quarters.
- On skewers, alternate threading pieces of cinnamon roll with chunks of fresh strawberries.
- Place the skewers on a baking sheet and bake according to the cinnamon roll package instructions until golden and fluffy.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth.
- Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the baked skewers and enjoy warm.
Notes
You can prep the skewers in advance, covering and refrigerating them for up to 24 hours. Bake them just before serving for best taste and texture.
