Cozy Weeknight Crockpot Chicken Tortellini

A creamy and cheesy chicken tortellini dish cooked effortlessly in a slow cooker, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • Total Time: 255 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 (9 oz) package cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated preferred)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken and cheese tortellini until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, checking at the 4-hour mark for tortellini tenderness.
  4. About 10 minutes before serving, stir in the mozzarella cheese and allow it to melt into the sauce.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use cooked shredded chicken to save time. Fresh or refrigerated tortellini works best. Stir gently when adding cheese to avoid breaking the tortellini.
