Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
- Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pot and stir until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a heartier meal, consider adding a soft-boiled egg or crispy wonton strips. Use good-quality chicken broth for the best flavor.
