Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the pot and stir until well combined and heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a heartier meal, consider adding a soft-boiled egg or crispy wonton strips. Use good-quality chicken broth for the best flavor.
