- 1–2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Wash and trim the asparagus, removing the tough ends.
- Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
- Place the asparagus on the preheated griddle in a single layer.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until crisp-tender and slightly charred.
- If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Use medium-high heat for better charring and choose uniform spears for even cooking.
