Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus, removing the tough ends.
  3. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
  4. Place the asparagus on the preheated griddle in a single layer.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until crisp-tender and slightly charred.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Use medium-high heat for better charring and choose uniform spears for even cooking.
