Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Cooked rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes

To thicken the gravy, whisk in a cornstarch slurry at the end if desired. You can also shred the chicken for a different texture.
