Ingredients
Scale
- 2–3 pounds boneless beef ribs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth (optional for slow cooking)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) or set your slow cooker to low.
- Season the boneless beef ribs evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- If using the oven: place the ribs in a baking dish and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. If using a slow cooker: place the seasoned ribs in the cooker and add beef broth, then cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and return to the oven or slow cooker uncovered to set the glaze.
- Serve hot and enjoy your tender, juicy beef ribs!
Notes
Use well-marbled cuts for the best tenderness and flavor. Let the ribs rest 5–10 minutes before serving to redistribute juices.
