Easy Boneless Beef Ribs

Tender, fuss-free ribs that melt in your mouth—perfect for busy weeknights or relaxed weekend dinners.

  • Total Time: 195 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 pounds boneless beef ribs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth (optional for slow cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) or set your slow cooker to low.
  2. Season the boneless beef ribs evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. If using the oven: place the ribs in a baking dish and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. If using a slow cooker: place the seasoned ribs in the cooker and add beef broth, then cook on low for 6–8 hours.
  4. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and return to the oven or slow cooker uncovered to set the glaze.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy your tender, juicy beef ribs!

Notes

Use well-marbled cuts for the best tenderness and flavor. Let the ribs rest 5–10 minutes before serving to redistribute juices.
