- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli florets, and shredded cheese.
- Toss gently so the broccoli and cheese are evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and broccoli mixture and toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, top with toasted almonds or sunflower seeds. Adjust mayo-to-yogurt ratio for creaminess and tang.
