Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs (like parsley or basil)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Make the dressing by mixing together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture, and toss to combine.
  5. Add fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
