Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface (using gluten-free flour) until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into small pieces, roll each into a rope, and tie into a knot. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Cover the knots with a towel and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  7. While the knots are rising, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Brush knots with melted butter, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
