Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Yeast
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add the olive oil and the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface (using gluten-free flour) until smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Divide dough into small pieces, roll each into a rope, and tie into a knot. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the knots with a towel and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- While the knots are rising, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush knots with melted butter, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
