Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, chopped green onions, and fresh herbs.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add the shrimp to the salad bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
