Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, chopped green onions, and fresh herbs.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Add the shrimp to the salad bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes
