Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 wedges lemon (zest + extra wedges for serving)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for finishing)
- Extra lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Trim the pork tenderloin and cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, thyme, and lemon zest to make the marinade. Toss pork in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a little oil and sear pork bites for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Pour remaining marinade into the pan and simmer for 1–2 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened; finish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
Use high heat for a quick sear, and do not overcrowd the pan for best results.
