- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Zest of 1 lime
- Zest of 1 orange
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, lime zest, and orange zest. Whisk until well blended.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Remove chicken from marinade, shaking off excess, and discard remaining marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and has grill marks.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with preferred side dishes.
Notes
Marinate for at least 2 hours, pat chicken dry before grilling, and bring to room temperature before cooking for even results.
