- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Green onions, for garnish
- Optional toppings: steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, sesame seeds, kimchi
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and any optional toppings of your choice.
Notes
For a spicier version, add gochujang or sriracha. To make it low-carb, serve over cauliflower rice.
