Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat (about 375–400°F).
- Grill the chicken over medium heat for about 6–7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.
- Serve topped with diced avocado and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
Notes
Pound thicker chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking. Use freshly squeezed lime juice for the best flavor.
