Pull Apart Cheeseburger Sliders

Perfect for parties or game day, these pull-apart cheeseburger sliders capture all the flavors of classic burgers in a shareable dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper; drain any excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup.
  4. Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked beef mixture evenly over the bottom buns, followed by slices of cheddar cheese.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the top halves of the buns and place them on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  9. Pull apart and serve warm.

Notes

Make-ahead friendly: Prepare the beef mixture and sauce up to 3 days ahead, or assemble and freeze unbaked for up to 2 months.
