- Fresh tuna, diced (about 8 oz)

- Creamy sauce (like spicy mayo or aioli — 2–3 tbsp)
- Green onions, chopped (2 tbsp)
- Cucumber, diced (1/2 cup)
- Avocado, sliced (1 small or 1/2 large)
- Sesame seeds (1 tsp)
- Cilantro for garnish (a few sprigs)
- Crispy wonton shells (about 24 shells)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
- Prepare the crispy wonton shells as per package instructions or fry them until golden brown.
- In each wonton shell, add a spoonful of the seasoned tuna mixture.
- Top with creamy sauce, diced cucumber, and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
