Ingredients

  • Graham crackers (about 2 sleeves)
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping (1 tub), thawed
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, to sweeten strawberries)

Instructions

  1. Make the pudding in a mixing bowl according to package instructions with cold milk.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish to form an even base.
  4. Add a layer of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding and strawberries on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Use cold milk for the pudding to set properly. Let the cake chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for clean slices.
