- Graham crackers (about 2 sleeves)
- 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 8 oz whipped topping (1 tub), thawed
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional, to sweeten strawberries)
Instructions
- Make the pudding in a mixing bowl according to package instructions with cold milk.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish to form an even base.
- Add a layer of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding and strawberries on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Use cold milk for the pudding to set properly. Let the cake chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for clean slices.
