Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoons Tabasco hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • A few cracks of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup ketchup.
  2. Add in the 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
  3. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons Tabasco hot sauce, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and a few cracks of black pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Notes
