- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 teaspoons Tabasco hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- A few cracks of black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup ketchup.
- Add in the 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
- Stir in 1-2 teaspoons Tabasco hot sauce, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and a few cracks of black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well blended. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
Notes
This sauce can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to one week. For best flavors, let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
