14-Minute Instant Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs

A quick and satisfying family dinner with flavorful meatballs and perfectly cooked spaghetti, enveloped in a rich marinara sauce.

  • Total Time: 14 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Spaghetti
  • 1 pound Ground beef or turkey
  • 1 jar (24 oz) Marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the ground meat to the Instant Pot and season it generously with salt and pepper. Use the sauté function to cook the meat until it’s browned, stirring occasionally.
  2. Break the spaghetti in half and add it on top of the browned meat in the pot. Pour the marinara sauce and water over the spaghetti, ensuring the pasta is covered. Close the lid of the Instant Pot.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 8 minutes. After the cooking time is up, perform a quick release of pressure. Open the lid carefully and stir the spaghetti and meatballs together. Serve topped with grated Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil.

Notes

For best results, break spaghetti in half to prevent clumping and ensure meat is fully browned before adding other ingredients.
