Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium-high heat.
- Combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss to coat the shrimp evenly using tongs or a spoon.
- Place the shrimp on the grill arranged in a single layer for even cooking.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp from the grill and transfer to a serving plate immediately.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, pat shrimp dry before marinating and avoid overcooking to keep them tender.
