Instructions
- Combine the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl to create the filling.
- Prepare the pie crust by rolling it out and cutting it to fit your air fryer basket.
- Spoon the blueberry mixture into the center of the pie crust.
- Fold the crust over to form a pie shape, sealing the edges.
- Brush the top with melted butter and apply the egg wash for a golden finish.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pie in the air fryer basket for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
