Air Fryer Blueberry Pie

A delightful dessert featuring sweet and tangy fresh blueberries in a crispy pie crust, cooked quickly in an air fryer.

  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Pre-made Pie Crust
  • 1 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 Egg (beaten for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Combine the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl to create the filling.
  2. Prepare the pie crust by rolling it out and cutting it to fit your air fryer basket.
  3. Spoon the blueberry mixture into the center of the pie crust.
  4. Fold the crust over to form a pie shape, sealing the edges.
  5. Brush the top with melted butter and apply the egg wash for a golden finish.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Cook the pie in the air fryer basket for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving your warm blueberry pie. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, roll the crust thin enough to allow for proper crisping and make sure to seal the edges well. Experiment with spices like cinnamon for additional flavor.
