Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked sweet potatoes (peeled, diced)
  • 1 cup cooked carrots (peeled, diced)
  • 1 cup cooked peas (shelled, steamed)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup avocado (ripe, mashed)
  • Water, breast milk, or formula for thinning
  • Small pinch of cinnamon (optional, for babies over 6 months)

Instructions

  1. Cook the vegetables until tender.
  2. For each ingredient, blend separately until smooth.
  3. For added creaminess, mix in water or breast milk as needed.
  4. Serve to your baby or store in airtight containers for later use.
  5. Cool purees to room temperature, then test a small amount to ensure the texture and temperature are safe.
  6. Label containers with the date and freeze portions in 2-4 tablespoon amounts.
