Instructions
- Cook the vegetables until tender.
- For each ingredient, blend separately until smooth.
- For added creaminess, mix in water or breast milk as needed.
- Serve to your baby or store in airtight containers for later use.
- Cool purees to room temperature, then test a small amount to ensure the texture and temperature are safe.
- Label containers with the date and freeze portions in 2-4 tablespoon amounts.
