Delicious kebabs made with tender chicken breast marinated in maple syrup and barbecue sauce, perfect for any gathering.

  • Total Time: 80 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal), as needed
  • Vegetables (optional), as desired

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade in a bowl, combining the maple syrup, barbecue sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the chicken by adding cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring it’s well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for proper cooking.
  4. Assemble the kebabs by threading the marinated chicken and optional vegetables onto skewers, alternating as desired.
  5. Grill the kebabs for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your Barbecue Maple Chicken Kebabs at your next gathering.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for better flavor. Consider marinating overnight for enhanced taste. Soak wooden skewers before grilling to prevent burning.
