- 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced

- 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and bell peppers (if using) to the skillet, cooking until they are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and black pepper, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
