Black Pepper Chicken Stir Fry

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and bell peppers (if using) to the skillet, cooking until they are tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and black pepper, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes
