Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (Use rotisserie chicken for convenience)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (Adjust based on spice preference)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella work well)
- 10 egg roll wrappers (Can find at grocery stores)
- Oil for frying (Vegetable or peanut oil recommended)
- Ranch dressing (For dipping; alternative: blue cheese dressing)
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a large bowl until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of the wrapper.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling.
- Roll tightly from the bottom to the top to form an egg roll, ensuring it is sealed well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your heat tolerance.
