  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Juice of 1 Lemon, fresh juice for brightness

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the thawed frozen crawfish tails, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook the mixture until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions and lemon juice.
  6. Serve hot as a quick meal or appetizer.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for better flavor. Adjust spices according to preference. Avoid overcooking the crawfish to maintain texture.
