- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 cup Macaroni
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional vegetables, to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until it is no longer pink.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer.
- Stir in the macaroni and canned diced tomatoes. Cook until the macaroni is tender, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting bowl of soup!
