- 1 cup Mayonnaise (full-fat or light)
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (adjust for heat)
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- Salt To taste
Instructions
- Measure the mayonnaise into a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the chipotle peppers into the bowl.
- Juice the lime for fresh lime juice and add it to the bowl.
- Prepare the garlic clove, then add it to the mixing bowl.
- Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and season with salt as needed.
- Transfer the aioli to a serving bowl or jar, and serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
Notes
Let the aioli sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow flavors to meld. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
