Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 24 tbsp milk (adjust for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Mix softened butter with brown and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
  2. Add vanilla and a few tablespoons of milk; mix until combined.
  3. Slowly mix in flour and salt until the dough is soft but not sticky (adjust milk as needed).
  4. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  5. Roll dough into small balls (about 1 inch) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Enjoy chilled or store in an airtight container.
