- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 2–4 tbsp milk (adjust for consistency)
Instructions
- Mix softened butter with brown and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
- Add vanilla and a few tablespoons of milk; mix until combined.
- Slowly mix in flour and salt until the dough is soft but not sticky (adjust milk as needed).
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1 inch) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy chilled or store in an airtight container.
