- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup Dark or Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil, optional
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Stir in the crushed graham crackers until well combined.
- Scoop a small amount of the cheesecake mixture and flatten it in your hand to form a base. Place a hulled strawberry in the center and wrap it fully to form a compact ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture and strawberries, arranging them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips and optional coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen bite in the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
- Chill until the chocolate hardens, then serve.
