Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Mix cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning together in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the drained canned chicken and cayenne pepper sauce until evenly coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and warmed through, then broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden, melty top.
Notes
Drain the canned chicken well to avoid a watery dip. Adjust hot sauce to control heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
