  • 0.5 tablespoon Taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning together in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the drained canned chicken and cayenne pepper sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and warmed through, then broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden, melty top.

Notes

Drain the canned chicken well to avoid a watery dip. Adjust hot sauce to control heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
