Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni, celery, bell pepper, red onion, and peas (if using).
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
