- Crusty bread or rice, for serving
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the miso paste and mix well until combined.
- Incorporate the drained butter beans and vegetable broth, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over rice or with crusty bread.

Use high-quality miso for better flavor and avoid overcooking garlic to prevent bitterness.
