- 2 pounds Chicken wings, pat dry for best crispness
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil, substitute avocado oil for higher smoke point
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, fresh garlic minced (1 clove) can be used
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder, use finely grated shallot for fresher aroma
- 1 teaspoon Paprika, smoked paprika adds a smoky note
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Your favorite sauces for serving (e.g., Buffalo, BBQ, honey mustard, ranch)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and position a rack in the center.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
- Toss the wings in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake the wings for 40–45 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Transfer wings to a platter and serve immediately with your favorite sauces.
Notes
For best results, dry wings thoroughly before seasoning and avoid overcrowding the pan.
