Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring frequently.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and serve topped with the crispy beef mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
