  • Total Time: 130
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound White American Cheese, chopped into smaller pieces
  • 1 can (4.5 ounces) Diced Green Chilies, do not drain
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • ½ cup Milk, can substitute with cream for richer flavor

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and chop the white American cheese into smaller pieces for even melting.
  2. Add the chopped cheese, can of diced green chilies (including juices), cumin, garlic salt, and milk into the crock pot.
  3. Use a spatula to mix the ingredients together until everything is fully combined.
  4. Cover the crock pot and set it to low heat.
  5. Cook for 90 to 120 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheese is completely melted and the dip is smooth.
  6. Once melted, stir the dip again and serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Use high-quality cheese for the creamiest texture. Stir midway through cooking and adjust seasoning based on your taste.
