- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces Spaghetti
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (undrained) Diced tomatoes
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the CrockPot.
- Add the chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the spaghetti (broken in half) and stir well.
- Once the spaghetti is tender, stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious CrockPot Chicken Spaghetti.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider marinating the chicken in Italian dressing. Adding chopped bell peppers or mushrooms can provide extra texture.
