- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)
- Sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the bark won’t stick.
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Once melted, stir in the chopped pistachios and dried fruit if using until evenly combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly to your desired thickness.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top, refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set, then break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Chop chocolate evenly to ensure smooth, even melting without burning. Store in an airtight container in the fridge to keep nuts crisp.
