Easy Garlic Aioli Sauce

A simple, creamy condiment that brightens fries, sandwiches, and roasted veggies with bold garlic flavor.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced (or grated on a microplane)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely mince the garlic. For a smoother finish, grate the garlic on a microplane.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring and tasting as you go.
  5. Chill for at least 15 minutes to let flavors meld (optional but recommended).
  6. Serve with fries, burgers, roasted veggies, or as a spread.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the brightest flavor, and chill before serving to soften the raw garlic bite.
