Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced (or grated on a microplane)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely mince the garlic. For a smoother finish, grate the garlic on a microplane.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring and tasting as you go.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes to let flavors meld (optional but recommended).
- Serve with fries, burgers, roasted veggies, or as a spread.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the brightest flavor, and chill before serving to soften the raw garlic bite.
