Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb Baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted preferred
- 2 tbsp Fresh herbs, such as parsley or thyme
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the steak by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak in a skillet with melted butter and minced garlic until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the halved baby potatoes in the same skillet until golden and crispy, about 10-15 minutes. Toss the cooked steak bites with the potatoes and fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this hearty dish!
Notes
For best results, preheat the skillet and avoid overcrowding the pan. Letting the steak rest enhances juiciness.
