Ingredients
Scale
- 17.3 oz Puff Pastry, thawed overnight in the fridge
- 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard, divided
- 12 slices (about 10 oz) Deli Ham, thinly sliced
- 2 cups (about 5 oz) Cheese (Gruyère or Cheddar), grated
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnishing
- Ranch Dressing, for serving
- Marinara Sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer the slices of deli ham on top of the mustard, covering as much of the surface as possible.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on top of the ham.
- Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm with ranch dressing and marinara sauce.
Notes
Ensure the puff pastry is fully thawed before rolling out. Experiment with different types of cheese or add vegetables for extra crunch.
