Instructions
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface to prepare them for filling.
- Add your beef, evenly distributing the shredded beef over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the beef.
- Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Toast the rolls in a skillet until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve the roll-ups with a side of au jus dipping sauce.
