Ingredients

  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Fritos Corn Chips
  • ½ cup Red Onion, diced
  • ½ cup Black Olives, sliced
  • ½ cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing or Zesty Taco Dressing

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the meat and prepare according to package instructions.
  3. Combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, black olives, and shredded carrots in a large bowl.
  4. Add the seasoned beef to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Top the salad with shredded cheese and Fritos just before serving.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and toss lightly to combine.
  7. Serve immediately to enjoy the freshness of ingredients and textures.
