A delectable summer dish featuring juicy corn drenched in a rich garlic and Parmesan mixture, perfect for BBQs and picnics.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears Corn, husked
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each ear of corn.
  4. Sprinkle the ears of corn with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
  6. Grill the corn for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
  7. Remove from the grill, unwrap, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  8. Serve warm to enjoy the best flavors.

Notes

Use fresh corn for the best taste; it makes a significant difference. Wrap the corn tightly in foil to steam properly. Allow the butter and garlic to sit for a few minutes to deepen the flavor.
