Scale
- 4 ears Corn, husked
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each ear of corn.
- Sprinkle the ears of corn with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
- Grill the corn for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
- Remove from the grill, unwrap, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve warm to enjoy the best flavors.
Notes
Use fresh corn for the best taste; it makes a significant difference. Wrap the corn tightly in foil to steam properly. Allow the butter and garlic to sit for a few minutes to deepen the flavor.
