- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- ½ cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 2 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and basil.
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, wholegrain mustard, and white vinegar. Reserve some for basting.
- Grill the chicken for 7-8 minutes on each side, basting with reserved sauce halfway.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F before removing.
- Rest the chicken for 8 minutes before serving to redistribute juices.
Notes
Let chicken come to room temperature before grilling for even cooking. Monitor grill temperature and use a meat thermometer for best results.
